Why Being Negative is Positive

I’m a Joan Rivers fan and her latest book ‘I Hate Everyone…Starting with Me’ just made me realize that Joan understands something the culture doesn’t: being negative, having the guts to say you hate, frees up a lot of energy and allows you to go on and maybe love the next time. I once wrote a long article on the beneficial health effects of laughter, and I should have mentioned Joan. I’m sure that the gales of laughter following Joan’s book are saving countless people from terrible diseases, like Depression, Auto Immune Disorders and other big word items. So go read it already; we all need a good laugh in these terrible last days of the great cycle. Amen.
